Browser Troubleshooting

If you are experiencing issues using/accessing the Illiad system, please try one of the following steps:

  • Reopen the browser in private (incognito) mode.
  • Clear the cache and cookies of the browser you are using and restart the browser. You can find instructions on this process below.

Please select the type of browser you are using:

Chrome (Google) 
Firefox (Mozilla) 

Google Chrome

  1. In the top right corner of your browser, click the icon of three vertical dots.
  2. Click "More Tools".
  3. Click "Clear browsing data...".
  4. Click the box next to Time Range and select "All Time".
  5. Check only the boxes next to "Cookies..." and "Cached images and files".
  6. Click the "Clear data" button.
  7. Restart your browser.

Firefox (Mozilla)

  1. In the top right corner of your browser, click the icon of three horizontal lines.
  2. Click "History".
  3. Click "Clear Recent History".
  4. Click the box next to Time Range and select "Everything".
  5. Check only the boxes next to "Cookies" and "Cache".
  6. Click the "Ok" button.
  7. Restart your browser.
